If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted booking access.

2. Fees and Payment

Payment is due at the end of your visit.

Current fees are published on our website.

We accept debit and credit card payments. Cash payments are not accepted.

3. Your Appointments

Your first appointment usually lasts approximately 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments generally last around 15 minutes.

We kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes early, so you can begin your appointment in a relaxed manner.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. In most cases, changing is not required.

After your appointment, we may advise you on posture, movement, and activity to support your recovery.

4. Our Approach to Care

At Chiropractie De Pijp, we provide personalised chiropractic care tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Our focus is on improving movement, posture, and nervous system function, helping you move more comfortably and confidently in daily life. We take time to listen to your concerns, assess your situation carefully, and develop a treatment plan together with you.

We work in an open, respectful, and transparent way. When appropriate, we collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support your overall wellbeing.

Chiropractic care does not guarantee specific results. Every person responds differently to treatment, and progress varies from individual to individual. We will always communicate honestly about what you can reasonably expect.

5. Possible Reactions to Treatment

Chiropractic care is generally safe when performed by a qualified practitioner. As with any physical treatment, some people may experience temporary reactions.

These may include mild soreness, stiffness, fatigue, dizziness, or temporary changes in symptoms. These reactions usually resolve within a short period.

If you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms, please contact us promptly.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To help us provide you with the best possible care, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date health information

  • Inform us of any changes in your medical condition

  • Follow reasonable advice regarding self-care and lifestyle

  • Ask questions whenever something is unclear

Open communication is essential for safe and effective care.

7. Liability

Chiropractie De Pijp provides care in accordance with applicable professional standards and Dutch healthcare legislation.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Dutch law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for harm resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to discuss this with us first.
