What to expect

When you book an appointment you will receive an e-mail with information and a link to our intake form.

The first appointment usually takes around 45 minutes. It includes going through your intake form, an examination of your spine and posture, and/or neurological or orthopaedic tests if necessary. We will also take posture photos so that we can monitor your progress over time. Most of the time no further tests or X-rays are needed and you will receive recommendations for a schedule of care.

Follow-up appointments take a lot less time. With the groundwork laid, these only take up to 15 minutes of your time each visit. Make sure you keep your appointments – each visit builds on the one before. If you miss an appointment we can lose the momentum necessary to make changes.
